What is ward driving? Google it, im lazy to explain. *grab a coffee* i know im getting lazy, sorry cant help it.
Ward driving is still not a popular propaganda locally here in Malaysia or even Asean countries. Now, wat do you need to kick start ? Grab a beer first, basic stuff such as :

1) Laptop - in case you didnt know what's a laptop, its a box of juicy wet rubber inside with number 003 on it.
2) Wireless card - *almost fall asleep here*. Any brand will do, ask those sales person for it and dont be suprise if it comes without wire. Its wireless moron !
3) Antenna - if you have sufficient budget, getting one of em helps you to widen your wireless connection search. You could even get a good "chick scan" from it.
4) Amplifier - you gonna need one to supply additional power to your laptop.
5) Car - Proton, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, whatever you name it.
6) Some proggies - free software like Netstumbler, lan scanning software blah blah blah ( fucking google it ).
